I am Doctor Radows, in arrears, unpaid, surrounded by rats. They nod at every complaint. They squeak as if understanding both the sinuses and the decay.
An infection, growths in the sinuses, called nasal polyps, or swelling of the lining of the sinuses, can cause chronic sinusitis.
